CHADD - Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder national organization.

The Louisiana Capital Area Chapter of CHADD conducts monthly workshops for families of those with ADHD and related learning differences. Workshops focus on such topics as effective advocacy, homework strategies, developing effective parent/school partnerships, and other concerns regarding education, health and mental health. The Dyslexia Association of Greater Baton Rouge (DAGBR) owns Brighton School (school for students with language-based learning disabilities) and is now located on 2 campuses.
